"Just wanted to let you know how impressed I've been with QPS and the speed at which they reimburse via Direct Deposit.  We had been using my wife's employer plan last year and it often took 6-8 weeks for reimbursement, plus mail time as they did not offer direct deposit.  We've been amazed at the 2-4 day timeframe that our first couple of requests taken.   This might be a great selling point for others to take advantage of this service as the FAQs and other info online do not make a reference to the turn around time. "
